My Approach

I am a fully qualified Humanistic Counsellor (BACP Accredited), with further training in Mindfulness based approaches. I provide support for a range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, as well as helping people to overcome life’s difficulties and support personal growth.

When we can learn to accept ourselves just as we are and feel heard and understood without any judgment, change occurs. When we are hurting, anxious, uncertain, confused or troubled, understanding is necessary, and to be received with a deep level of empathy provides illumination and healing.
