My name is Alison and I'm a qualified counsellor and have 13 years experience working with individuals. What I can offer you is a confidential relaxing space to explore whatever is upsetting you and to work together at your pace in a client centred approach.
I'm a member of BACP and what this means is I follow a professional code of practise and continue to attend training. I have a specialist knowledge in issues affecting individuals in particular low self- esteem and confidence, sexual abuse and domestic violence.
I can assure you that you will be given a consultation appointment within a week of contacting me.
